  • Uploading and analyzing architectural drawings, plans, images, and specifications
  • AI-assisted takeoffs, estimates, visualizations, and recommendations
  • Collaboration between designers, builders, homeowners, sponsors, and partners
  • Product selection and sponsorship evaluation workflows

The Services may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity occurring under your account
  • Ensuring information you provide is accurate and lawful

3. Project Materials and Permissions

A. Ownership

You retain ownership of all drawings, plans, images, mood boards, specifications, and other materials you upload (“Project Materials”).

B. License to Leonard Morris

By uploading Project Materials, you grant Leonard Morris a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, reproduce, display, and share such materials solely to provide the Services.

C. Sharing With Partners

You acknowledge and agree that Leonard Morris may share Project Materials with:

  • Designers, architects, builders, and contractors
  • Homeowners and project stakeholders
  • Product sponsors, manufacturers, and brand partners
  • Other project-authorized participants

This sharing is fundamental to the Services and may include evaluation for project participation or sponsorship.

4. AI and Automated Processing

Certain Services use automated systems and machine learning tools.

  • Outputs are provided for informational and planning purposes only
  • Results may be approximate and are not guarantees
  • You remain responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for construction, procurement, or budgeting decisions

5. Fees and Payment

Certain Services may require payment.

  • Fees, billing terms, and refund policies will be disclosed prior to purchase
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes
  • Upload materials you do not have the right to share
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the platform
  • Interfere with system security or performance
  • Use the Services to compete with Leonard Morris without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, workflows, branding, and non-user content are owned by Leonard Morris or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Confidentiality

Project Materials and related outputs may contain sensitive or confidential information. You agree not to misuse or disclose such information except as permitted by the Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Leonard Morris disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leonard Morris shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Leonard Morris in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leonard Morris from claims arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for legal or operational reasons.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
